  • Newspaper
  • Balloons
  • Flour and water for Paper Mache glue
  • Acrylic Paint
  • Paint Brushes

Instructions:

Step 1: Tear your newspaper into long strips.

Step 2: Blow up your balloons to the desired size.

Step 3: Mix one part flour with one part of water until you get a thick glue-like consistency. Add a bit more water if it's too thick. Mix well with a spoon to get rid of all the bumps.

Step 4: Dip each strip of newspaper into the Paper Mache glue, making sure it's fully submerged. Then, pull it through your fingers to remove any excess and prevent dripping.

Step 5: Cover your balloon with the newspaper strips. Make sure you overlap the strips and cover the balloon completely, this will make it more sturdy.

Step 6: Once your balloon is fully covered, let it dry for 24 hours.
